Go to Google Reader. There's a box that says "Add Subscription." Type in your site's URL. If your site doesn't understand how to form a standard RSS link, it sucks. I've used it and I'm sick of people complaining about it. Just try it and shut your mouth. It doesn't have Firefox extensions because it isn't Firefox. They've mentioned Plugins.
