I found this letter from Disney to be quite interesting. Interesting time-capsule-shock-factor, at least.

Early today Apple released a beta of version 3 of their Safari browser, free to download. Much to everyone’s surprise, the new Safari site boasted a version for both OS X and Windows. I, of course, jumped in eager to get a new taste of Apple’s polished software on Windows. I have spent a fair amount of time using iTunes in Windows, and while impressive, I eventually found WMP 11 to be more to my tastes. I’m always willing to give something new a try, especially when it comes to software, so 7.97 MB later I was installing Safari.
We’ve all been wondering, how in the world is Smash Brothers Brawl not going to suck if you have to use the Wiimote and Nunchuk to play? The waiting is over today! On the Smash Bros. DOJO!! site, it was announced today that there will be four available control schemes, Wiimote + Nunchuk, Gamecube Controller, Retro Controller, or Wiimote on its side. No details yet on how game play will work with combinations of the Wiimote, but I’m sure they will be forthcoming.
Well here’s a quick list:
- AJAXy history scrolling. Just click the link to scroll older posts and you’ll see.
- Search as you type: search the archives for a word or phrase to the right. It’s nifty!
- AJAX comments. Leaving a comment just automatically adds in without reloading the page (more nifty!).
- Minor theme changes. I can finally tweak things to my liking outside of wordpress.com
- Rewritten guides. I rebuilt my HTML guide from the ground up and have plans on resuming work on my GIMP guide eventually.
- Space for extensive customization. Who knows what I could do here. The possibilities are even more endless than they are with wordpress.com
